- Subscription to this service will suppress delivery of the documents by physical mail.
- Some corporate action advices are in paper format only and not electronic ready. Therefore the Bank will still send the relevant corporate action advices to your mailing address even though eDocuments Service is subscribed. For details, please refer to the FAQ.
You can also view historical securities documents for up to 2 years (for monthly statements of Securities Account) or up to 1 year (for other documents) after you have subscribed to our eDocuments Service. As the documents are stored in our online platform, it also reduces the risk of documents being lost during delivery or accessed by any third parties.
