1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is valid from now on until 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period“).
2. Unless otherwise specified, to be eligible for the Promotion, cardholders (“Cardholders“) are required to settle payment with Visa and Mastercard credit cards issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank“), including Standard Chartered credit cards and its co-branded cards, MANHATTAN credit cards and its co-branded cards (“Eligible Cards“). The Promotion is not applicable to Standard Chartered UnionPay Dual Currency Platinum Credit Cards.
3. To be eligible for the Promotion, Cardholders shall make a single spending of HKD500 or above (including taxes and fees) on reservations at designated hotel(s) of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort through the official website https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/hotels/ (the “Official Website“) with an Eligible Card during the Promotion Period. Please refer to the webpage for the designated hotel details.
4. Reservations are subject to the operation days of designated hotels which may change from time to time. Please visit the Official Website for details. Any change after the hotel reservation completes shall be treated as a cancellation of the reservation, and a new reservation is required for the hotel stay. Each Cardholder authorises Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“Merchant“) to (i) withhold or deduct from the payment made and/or (ii) charge on the Cardholder’s credit card account the applicable cancellation charges and all costs, interests, fees, expenses, losses or other liabilities incurred by the Merchant arising from the Promotion and the reservation.
5. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion is only applicable to reservations for the designated hotels through the Official Website of the Merchant.
6. The Promotion is subject to availability of hotel room and on a first-come-first-served basis.
7. The Promotion may be subject to additional terms and conditions set out by the Merchant, please contact the Merchant for details.
8. All photos and product information are for reference only.
9. The Promotion shall be terminated immediately upon closure of the hotel for which the hotel reservation is made.
10. Cardholders understand and accept that:

(a)  the Bank is not the supplier of the products and/or services supplied by the Merchant under or in connection with the offer(s). The Bank shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the products and/or services, including without limitation, their quality, the supply, the descriptions of products and/or services provided by the Merchant, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the promotion of the offer(s) or in making available the offer(s) or the products and/or services under the Promotion, by the Merchant, its employees, officers or agents; and (b)  the Promotion is provided by the Bank and not by or on behalf of the Merchant or any of its affiliates. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Merchant shall have no liability relating to any aspect of the Promotion, including without limitation, its quality, the supply, the descriptions of products and/or services provided (other than the products and/or services provided by the Merchant at the designated hotel), the administration or execution thereof, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorised representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the Promotion.

11. Personal data of Cardholders may be collected by the Merchant and the use of such personal data shall be subject to the personal information collection statement of the Merchant. Please contact the Merchant for related details.
12. The Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to alter, extend, or terminate the Promotion and amend the terms and conditions at any time. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank and the Merchant shall be final and binding.
13. In case of any disputes, Cardholders are required to present all original transaction document(s) for reference (e.g. hotel confirmation email issued by the Merchant for further investigation by the Bank.
14. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

15. To be eligible for the Instalment Offer, Cardholders are required to spend a designated amount on one single transaction at the merchant outlets in Hong Kong. The Instalment Offer is applicable to the Eligible Cards issued by the Bank only, not applicable to Standard Chartered UnionPay Dual Currency Platinum Credit Card and credit cards/debit cards issued by associated companies and/or affiliates of the Bank (local and overseas), if applicable.
16. By participating in any of the Instalment Offer, Cardholders are deemed to have accepted and bound by the “Terms and Conditions of Instalment Plan” posted on the Bank’s website https://av.sc.com/hk/content/docs/hk-tnc-credit-card-instalment-plan-en.pdf.
17. The Instalment Offer may be applicable only to selected items and the instalments term may vary, depending on the items and merchants. For further details of the Instalment Offer, please contact respective merchants.
