Apply and drawdown your mortgage loan to earn Mortgage Drawdown Subsidy in Asia Miles (“Miles”).
 

Based on the subsidy entitlement, you can choose to receive the subsidy in Miles, cash or a combination of both. Asia Miles will be awarded for every HKD100,000 of Eligible Loan Amount. The below table lists an example of Mortgage Drawdown Subsidy mortgage for new purchased properties for reference:
 

* Assume Eligible Client assigns HKD100,000 as the Asia Miles Eligible Loan Amount to convert Asia Miles.
* Assume for a mortgage loan amount of HKD4,000,000, mortgage rate is as low as the Bank’s Hong Kong Dollar Prime Rate minus 2.00%p.a. or 1-month Hong Kong Interbank Offered Rate (HIBOR) plus 1.3%p.a. Rate quoted as an indicative information only.
